Harwood Lodge

Chris and I have had the good fortune to be part of bringing about (hosting and/or overseeing) more than eighty dance weekends at the Sierra Club's Harwood Lodge, at Mt. Baldy, north of Claremont, CA. Here's a writeup of lodge's history by Mary Morales and an article I wrote for Folk Dance Scene around 1984. In recent years we've been overseers for a Contradance weekend in the spring and a Scandinavian dance weekend in the fall. Scottish is coming in August 2009.
